The upper storey, from the ground
Second-storey glass is reached with a water-fed pole rather than a ladder against your gutter. Purified water runs down the pane and dries without spotting, so there is nothing to wipe off afterwards and nothing leaning on your roofline.
Shopfronts and offices
A fair share of the work is commercial — shop windows that need to look sharp every week, and offices where the glass is the first thing a customer sees. Several of Jordan’s customers are on a standing fortnightly run.
Louvres, colonials and balustrades
The fiddly glass is priced separately and honestly: louvres by the blade, colonials by the pane, and glass pool fencing or balcony balustrades by the panel. You can price all of it yourself on the calculator before you ring.

Common questions
Do you clean inside as well as outside?
Yes. Internals and externals, plus the frames, sills and tracks.
How much does window cleaning cost?
Standard windows are $7 each, glass doors $12, screens $5, louvres $2 a blade, colonials $3 a pane and balustrade panels $7.50. If it has been a while since the last clean, add 5% for each year, up to five years.
What if the glass has paint or overspray on it?
Anything with paint, overspray or heavy set dirt takes extra time and counts as a deep clean, so the price changes. Send a photo through and you will get a straight answer before anyone turns up.
Do I need to be home?
For external-only work, no. If you want the insides done as well, someone needs to let us in.
